SOUTH HILL BUSINESS CAMPUS – 950 Danby Rd, Suite 201-O, Ithaca, NY 14850
FROM CORTLAND/SYRACUSE
Take route 13 S from Cortland to Ithaca. Stay on 13 past Cayuga Lake and continue until the road
separates into one-way directions. Stay in the middle lane and follow signs for 96B south. At the
intersection where the roads re-merge to 2-way, get in the left lane and cross the intersection to
Clinton St. (96B). Continue several blocks on Clinton St. up a hill to a stop sign where you must
turn. Turn right (up the hill- 96B) and go about 1 mile. The main entrance to South Hill Business
Campus (SHBC) is on the right. Follow signs to Visitor parking on the right. You may drop off close
to the front building entrance on the left side in the circle driveway.
FROM BINGHAMTON/OWEGO
Take route 17C W from Binghamton. Take the 2nd Owego exit and turn right to follow signs for
38N/96. After going through town, turn left onto rt 96N. Stay on 96N for about 20 miles. As you
approach Ithaca, you will see Cayuga Lake on the left. Shortly thereafter, South Hill Business
Campus will appear on the left AFTER (below) the main entrance to Ithaca College on the right side.
Turn left into the main entrance to SHBC and follow signs to Visitor parking on the right. You may
drop off close to the front building entrance on the left side in the circle driveway.
FROM ROCHESTER
Take the NYS thruway east to exit 42 (Geneva/Lyons) to NY 14. Merge onto route 96 south and follow
into Ithaca. As you enter Ithaca, you will proceed south down the west side of Cayuga Lake to a
bridge over an inlet. After crossing the bridge, stay in the right lane and continue one more block
to route 13/96. Turn right onto route 13/96 south (this is one-way) and get in the left lane. At
the intersection where the roads re-merge to 2-way, cross the intersection to Clinton St. (96B).
Continue several blocks on Clinton St. up a hill to a stop sign, where you must turn. Turn right
(up the hill- 96B) and go about 1 mile. Turn right into the main entrance to SHBC and follow signs

DIRECTIONS to PaceForward Foundation office in South Hill Business Campus
Enter through front door of SHBC by driveway circle :
1)Take the hall to the right and see the elevator on the left side. Take elevator to floor 2.
2) Exit elevator and turn right into hallway.
3) At the ‘T’ in the hall, turn right (before the double doors in the above picture) and proceed down the hall past the lounge area on left side to PaceForward Foundation, Room 201-O on the right side.
