Gentle, rhythmic work to support detoxification, reduce swelling, and promote immune balance.

• Myofascial Release & Trigger Point Therapy
Hands-on techniques to melt away adhesions and alleviate chronic tension, targeting areas of restricted movement and discomfort.

• Jaw Work (TMJ) & Cranio-Structural Support
Subtle, powerful work to reduce pressure at the base of the skull and brainstem—often impacted in chronic illness. Especially supportive for those experiencing headaches, dizziness, or postural strain.

• Energy Work
Release stuck emotional and energetic patterns to help your system recalibrate and receive the deep healing it’s been asking for.

✨ How It Works:

After your test on the second day, we offer an integrative bodywork session to help you transition from data collection into the next phase of healing. This hands-on support is designed to gently down-regulate the nervous system, relieve physical tension, and help your body begin to process and integrate what it’s revealed.

If you're staying additional days and feel called to deepen the restorative support, you’re welcome to schedule additional therapeutic sessions with one of our experienced practitioners (see below for rates), or we can help connect you with trusted local providers.

If you're staying beyond your second day of testing and would like to continue receiving hands-on support, we offer additional therapeutic sessions to help your body unwind, integrate, and begin the healing process.

You can choose to book with either practitioner—or, for deeper support, schedule a co-session with both practitioners working together.

Lori Rossi, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Energy & Body Code Practitioner, and founder of Soul Stroll. Lori specializes in therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, jaw and cranial work, and intuitive energetic release. Her approach is trauma-informed and highly personalized.

Kristin Treat, RN
Kristin brings a unique nursing lens to the healing space, offering grounded, nurturing body-based support with a deep intuitive presence. Her work may include gentle touch, nervous system support, and fascia unwinding techniques.

📅 Sessions with Kristin can be booked on-site or coordinated by request.

🤲 Want to work with both of us?

For an immersive, 75 minute healing experience, we also offer dual-practitioner sessions, where both Lori and Kristin work simultaneously. These sessions are a powerful way to address physical, emotional, and energetic layers in real-time.
